Simple but thoughtful.

Breakfast at JOHAN° does not follow a classic hotel concept. Instead of a large selection, the focus is on the quality of individual products. Bread, coffee and carefully chosen ingredients – mostly from the region – form the basis. Everything is intentionally reduced, but good.

A calm start to the day.

The morning begins in the living room, without fixed routines or rush. You take your time, stay a little longer and ease into the day. This quiet start is what makes breakfast an essential part of the stay.
